getting answers about teeth in a day procedures

Have you been putting off getting teeth extracted because you did not want to have to walk around without any teeth? I put the procedure off for three years before finally learning about the availability of teeth in a day procedures at local dentistry practices. Even after learning about the procedures I was still unsure if it was for me. I did not know if I would be a good candidate, if I could afford it, and exactly how it would work. I have compiled all of the information that I gathered to help others learn about this wonderful process.

Dentist's Tips: Garlic-Infused Dental Paste Can Help Prevent Tooth Decay

Taking care of your oral health is important to help prevent issues, like dental decay. Remember that statistics show that around 91 percent of Americans from 20 to 64 years of age have at least one tooth with a dental carie. But you can stop worrying because you can help prevent this problem by simply seeing your dentist (such as Stephen P. Cary, DMD) regularly and also trying this natural garlic-infused dental paste. It may seem a bit strong, but it can do a lot of good for your oral health.

Tooth Decay Fighting Ingredients

The dental paste is going to have some of the following:

Garlic

There are a lot of bacteria in your mouth; in fact there could be as many as 20 billion oral pathogens in your mouth. Many of these bacteria are responsible for tooth decay, which garlic can help kill. The reason is due to garlic's high allicin content. Allicin is an active ingredient that is supremely antibacterial and the reason garlic proves to be so effective against tooth decay.

Coconut Oil

The second addition to this dental paste is coconut oil because of its high lauric acid and fatty acids. Lauric acid helps kill bacteria, and the fatty acids break down when they touch your mouth's saliva, releasing more bacteria-killing content.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is the third ingredient that you should pay attention to because of its pH value. This is important because the acids in your mouth cause dental damage, like tooth decay, which baking soda's pH value should help neutralize. Do not forget that baking soda's slightly abrasive nature should also help scrape off any stains off on your teeth.

Remember that these ingredients are only meant to help and not replace your dentist's advice or cure any possible dental ailment.

How To Make Your Garlic-Infused Dental Paste

You just need a food processor or a mortar and pestle to make this dental paste. Add a tablespoon of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and 2 cloves of garlic into your processor. Combine these ingredients well, and use the paste as you would normally. You can add more baking soda by the tablespoon if you want to make it more paste-like.

You should consider adding a little fresh parsley with this dental paste if you are worried about garlic's smell lingering in your mouth. Parsley contains chlorophyll, which is a strong breath freshener, according to experts.

There you go, a new and very effective way to take care of your teeth and prevent tooth decay from sneaking into your mouth or damaging that smile.
